Mr Southam is an FCPA with more than 30 years’ experience in operations, capital markets and finance across the resources and industrial sectors. Prior roles include Managing Director of Mincor Resources NL, Executive Director of Western Areas Ltd, Non-Executive Director of Kidman Resources, and he has held senior executive roles within Brambles Group, ANZ Investment Bank and WMC Resources. David is currently a non-executive director of Ramelius Resources and non-executive chair of Andean Silver.
Nicholas Kwong, P.Eng., MBA, has more than 20 years of corporate, technical and operational experience in the mining industry, predominantly in gold and base metals in North American, Australia, Latin America and Saudi Arabia. Most recently, Mr Kwong was General Manager at Ma’aden Gold’s’ Sukhaybarat and Bulghah gold mines in Saudi Arabia. There he completed the mine and mill expansion and modernization which resulted in a significant increase in production and decrease in unit costs, all while controlling capital costs during the COVID 19 pandemic.
Mr Grieve is a geologist with experience in precious and base metals exploration throughout Africa, Australia and Canada. He previously worked with Bellevue Gold Ltd during the discovery of 3Moz at their namesake Bellevue Gold Project in Western Australia and Randgold Resources (now Barrick Gold) at the Loulo Gold Mine in West Africa. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Alicanto Minerals Ltd.
Mr Travaglini is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Company Secretary and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with over 18 years’ experience in the resources sector having served in various finance and company secretarial roles in Australia, Canada and Africa. Mr Travaglini is currently also Chief Financial Officer of Midas Minerals Ltd (ASX:MM1) and Non-Executive Director of Andean Silver Ltd (ASX:ASL).
Maddison Cramer is a co-founder and managing director of boutique corporate services business Belltree Corporate and has over 10 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer and company secretary to ASX-listed companies. Ms Cramer is a corporate lawyer and currently a company secretary of a number of ASX-listed mining and resources companies. Ms Cramer is a former company secretary of ASX300 company Bellevue Gold Limited and prior to this was an associate at Bellanhouse Legal and HWL Ebsworth Lawyers.
